His skills include cost estimation, budgeting, project management, and execution. He is proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD. Rajiv was a Project Manager at NV Residency LLP, overseeing a 26.36-acre development in Rohtak. Previously, he managed the construction of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Gujarat, a 20-acre project with a budget of Rs 26 crore, while working at LTC Commercial Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Achal Jain is having 35 years of experience in Railways operations, Maintenance planning execution and delivery of infrastructure projects including handling of mega construction projects. As a team leader , the project of the worlds highest bridge at Chenab of around 98 km has been successfully implemented. Also , added experience of development of IT applications for E governance of civil engineering department, of Indian Railways, which include track machine management system in bracket TMMS, tunnel management system, TuMS , digital inspection of bridges, the help of drone and Ledar, etc.
